Establishement:

The Foundation "Nina Foundation" was established on the 17th of January 2007 in Rotterdam, certified by the notary prof. Mr. D.F.M.M. Zaman. The foundation is based on the Dutch regulation "ANBI" (Article 6.33 of the law on the income tax).

Aim:

• The foundation aims to financialy support research on the Angelman Syndrome.
• In addition it also aims to give financial support for therapy for persons affected by the Angelman Syndrome.
• The foundation does not aim to make a profit.
