A scientific advisory commission (in Dutch “Wetenschapelijke advies raad” (WAR)) will be setup. The aim of this commission is to make a scientific judgement on which research programs to support.

The scientific advisory commission (WAR) will be headed by Prof. Dr. Ype Elgersma. Currently additional members of the commission are being recruited.

With this scientific commission the Nina Foundation has the following goal to spend its limited resources in the best way. The commission will review possible projects of researches and give a scientifically based feedback.

Hereby investigating already researched topics, or spending time and effort on areas not relevant should be avoided.
